Patrons Bank is proud to announce the appointment of Shannon Weese as Vice President and Branch Manager of its Bixby branch. With more than two decades of leadership experience in banking and community engagement, Shannon brings deep expertise and a passion for personalized service to the growing Tulsa metro area.
Shannon’s career includes leadership roles at major financial institutions, where she served as Vice President and Market Leader for all Bank of America branches in Tulsa, Small Business Banker, and Personal Banker. A proven mentor and project leader, Shannon has received accolades such as Coach of the Year and Top Performer, underscoring her ability to inspire teams and drive results.

A graduate of Northeastern State University with a degree in Marketing, Shannon is also an alumna of Northeastern Oklahoma A&M and Union High School. She has been active in civic and service organizations such as Rotary, the Tahlequah Chamber of Commerce, and Tahlequah Main Street Association, where she served as president.

Shannon lives in Tulsa with her husband Huck, and together they enjoy spending time with their five children, traveling, supporting local restaurants and live music, and gathering with friends and family.
